Job description

Overall, as the Deputy Property Custodian of the resort, you play a key role in ensuring the resort's success by overseeing various aspects of operations, guest services, staff management, financial performance, and overall guest satisfaction. Your leadership, management skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in this dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Theoretical Knowledge :

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in 4-star resort operations and leadership
• Strong financial acumen and experience in managing financial aspects
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and improve operational efficiency
• In-depth knowledge of hotel management software and industry best practices
• Advanced computer literacy (including APEX and PLUSPOINT)
• Experience with timeshare / share block management is a plus
• Excellent Food and Beverage skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of OTAs (Online Travel Agencies)
