Pedros is seeking an experienced Deputy Head of Product Development to act as second-in-command to the Head of Product Development. This role co-leads the Product Development team, driving day-to-day execution of the product pipeline and ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, on brand and on budget.

The successful candidate will manage people, processes and output, deputising for the Head of Product Development as required and coordinating with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Franchise

Formación

• Proven experience managing a Product Development team.
• Strong project management skills with multiple initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Support shaping and executing the product development strategy and roadmap.
• Own end-to-end delivery of new menu items, flavour innovations and value offerings.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Franchise teams for successful rollouts.
• Monitor post-launch performance and recommend improvements from data and feedback.
• Manage product development budgets, timelines and supplier relationships.
• Ensure products meet quality, food safety and brand standards.
• Direct and develop Product Development team, ensuring clear goals and accountability.
• Deputise forHead of Product Development when required.
• Report progress, risks and outcomes to leadership and contribute to strategic planning.
