Requirements
  • An undergraduate qualification (NQF level 7) recognized by SAQA in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or an equivalent field. A minimum of 5 years’ experience at a senior managerial level in a similar environment.
  • A certificate for entry into the Senior Management Service (SMS) obtained from the National School of Government (NSG) is mandatory and must be submitted prior to appointment.
  • Top secret security clearance.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Valid driver’s license.
Duties
  • Manage and monitor the implementation of human resource administration and utilization in accordance with relevant legislation, regulations, and frameworks.
  • Manage and support the implementation of HR systems in line with treasury guidelines.
  • Coordinate organizational development, including management of human resources, finances, and assets, as well as performance information.
