Deputy Clinic Manager - Renal Dialysis Unit

Main duties of the job

What does the role involve?

In a modern, well-equipped environment with a multidisciplinary approach to care, you will provide operational management to ensure the service is patient-led and performs well. You will allocate resources effectively, oversee staff training and development, and contribute to care plans for individual patients. By promoting innovation and a passion for care, you will ensure your clinic meets every patient's needs.

Your skills should include being a 1st or 2nd level nurse registered with the NMC, with either formal renal nursing qualification or substantial haemodialysis experience. Additionally, experience in managing staff, counseling patients, and understanding the role of the Care Quality Commission is required.

This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday.
