The City of Newcastle is seeking an experienced Depot Operations Coordinator to lead the Waratah Works Depot. This role involves coordinating operations, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring stakeholder needs are met. City of Newcastle has an opportunity for an experienced and motivated leader to join our Civil Construction & Maintenance (CC&M) team as the Depot Operations Coordinator.

As the Depot Operations Coordinator you will coordinate the efficient and safe operation of the Waratah Works Depot ensuring it meets the needs of all stakeholders within the facility.

In addition to this you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary business and customer support team who manage customer requests plant allocation and the administrative needs of CC&M and champion the continuous improvement of processes systems and reporting.

With advanced digital literacy and strong experience in systems such as Tech One and CiA you will act as a subject matter expert (SME) for applicable CN systems promoting and achieving CN objectives.

Remuneration : $98148.01 17.5 annual leave loading yearly payment 11.5 Superannuation per annum for a 35hour week
