Durpro Workforce Solutions is seeking a MNR Supervisor to oversee Depot MNR Administration, ensure accurate data entry from EMR, and maintain container statuses across internal and customer systems. The role requires strong leadership, cross‑functional coordination, and proactive reporting to customers and EMR.

You will lead a team, manage KPI attainment, and drive continuous improvement in service levels while maintaining SHEQ and operational standards at the Durban depot.

Qualificações

• Diploma/degree in SCM or related field.
• Min. 5-6 years relevant and proven experience in a Depot environment.
• Min. 3-year Team Leader or Supervisory experience.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, MS Word, and Industry related software (logistics).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Depot MNR Administration functions.
• Ensure all job cards from EMR are captured accurately in internal and customer systems.
• Update container status on systems and ensure timely invoicing support.
• Monitor approvals and communicate with EMR and customers.
• Lead a team to maintain records, governance and reporting standards.
