Job summary

Freshmark Gauteng Depot in Johannesburg is seeking a dynamic Depot Manager to lead daily operations, drive service delivery, and ensure profitability across FlowerCo Gauteng Depot.

You will oversee inventory control, workforce planning, safety compliance, and stakeholder collaboration with Transport, Planning and Support teams to meet targets.

The role requires 5+ years in FMCG/logistics and 3 years of management, with a relevant qualification in supply chain or operations management.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Relevant qualification in Horticulture, Agricultural Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management advantageous
• Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Distribution
• Minimum 3 years' management experience leading operational teams
