Job description

A vacancy exists for a Depot Manager to be based at our Bapotrans Depot in the North West.

The position requires the individual to manage the depot and maintain relations with all role-players to achieve strategic, profit, and quality targets.

The Depot Manager is responsible for leading the Bus Depot team to ensure operational efficiency and that service delivery targets are met. This includes reviewing operational plans, overseeing the implementation of depot procedures and activities such as manpower deployment, contingency management, and facilities management. The Depot Manager must also ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements at the bus depot.

As a leader, the Depot Manager is accountable for the work performance and development of the bus depot team.
