A leading organization in the financial sector seeks a PMO Manager to lead and manage project management processes. This role is critical in supporting strategic delivery and ensuring alignment across projects, fostering a high-performance culture, and developing talent within the PMO function. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and a strong background in managing teams and projects effectively.
Responsible for leading, developing, monitoring, and managing the PMO function. The role will support the successful delivery of organizational strategic programs by providing oversight to inform prioritization decisions, defining and maintaining project management standards through effective facilitation, tracking, and reporting. The person appointed to this position will report to the Chief Information Officer (CIO).
The candidate must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, creativity, innovation, attention to detail, customer focus, and a blend of business and IT skills. Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence, and negotiate effectively.
