Digicom Technology Solutions (DTS), headquartered in the USA, is looking for a Dental Patient Advocate to work remotely full-time from your home office. We are hiring on behalf of our client, Santa Rosa Dental in Santa Rosa, CA. Once hired, you will be employed by Smile Rejuvenation Implant Center directly and receive payroll and benefits from them.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills to educate patients on dental options and close appointments. The Patient Advocate ensures patients understand their options and receive quality care. Candidates should possess confidence, emotional intelligence, credibility, high integrity, and a strong work ethic.

Core Job Functions:

1. Communicate with potential patients primarily via phone and email.

4. Follow up with patients who have delayed scheduling consultations.
5. Respond promptly to potential patient leads throughout the day.
6. Participate in marketing efforts to increase lead generation.
7. Join online team meetings as needed.
