Job summary

MedE Recruit seeks an experienced Dental Assistant for a well-established periodontal dental practice in Pretoria East. The successful candidate will join a focused team from October 2027 and provide clinical support in a busy environment.

We value professionalism, confident communication, and the ability to work well under pressure. Hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00–17:00, with a salary of approximately R25,000 gross per month depending on experience.

Qualifications

• HPCSA registration as a Dental Assistant is required.
• Previous dental assisting experience is essential.
• Experience in a periodontal practice is advantageous.
• Surgical dental assisting experience is beneficial.
• Experience with Exact billing system is advantageous.
• Experience with Carestream is beneficial.
• Professional, well-presented and confident.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, organised and able to work under pressure.
