Renken Dentistry is looking for a growth-minded Dental Assistant to join our Dripping Springs, TX office.

Our general practices offer appointments in specialized fields of dentistry including Invisalign, prosthodontics, Botox, sleep dentistry, and more!

The Position

We seek a team member with a team-oriented disposition, growth mindset, and excellent communication skills. The candidate should have a BLS certification and a Registered Dental Assistant license (or be pursuing licensure according to TSBDE regulations).

This role involves:

• Assisting the doctor and supporting patients throughout each care encounter, helping them move towards well-being.
• Preparing treatment rooms following procedure guidelines.
• Performing sterilization and maintaining a clean work environment following safety guidelines.
• Advocating for patients by helping them manage fears, anxiety, and discomfort.

Practice Location & Hours

This position is based at our Renken Dentistry of Belterra office in Dripping Springs, TX.

Full-time (35-40 hours/week) and part-time options available.

Office Hours:

• Monday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Tuesday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Thursday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
