Job summary

The Capital Hotels, Apartments & Resorts in Umhlanga Rocks is seeking a Demi Chef to assist in food preparation under the supervision of the Section Chef de Partie. The main component of the role is food production and ensuring guest meals meet quality standards.

Minimum requirements include Matric and a Culinary Arts Diploma or similar, plus a hands-on problem solving approach, the ability to remain calm under pressure, excellent communication and teamwork.
