Job summary

Henry Schein South Africa seeks a Demand Planning Specialist to drive accurate demand forecasts and improve order fulfilment. You will partner with stakeholders to provide strategic inputs and develop forecast models, while managing a portfolio of Henry Schein products in the region.

You will regularly extract reports, refresh re-order templates, and coordinate with the EU team on inputs and metrics, supporting the business with risk assessment and policy development.

Qualifications

• Minimum matric exemption is required.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in procurement/supply chain management or related field.
• 5 years of experience in a supply chain environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improve demand forecast accuracy and implement forecasting solutions.
• Extract and refresh Navision-based order templates and monthly rollover processes.
• Collaborate with EU purchasing on inputs, processes and metrics.
