Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to open doors across South Africa. You will own top-of-funnel activities, researching ideal accounts, sourcing contacts, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers for our demand generation efforts.

This is a remote, full-time role requiring strong writing, research skills, and proficiency with outbound tools. You will collaborate with Account Executives to accelerate pipeline growth and help Blacksmith

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
