Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking ambitious Sales Development Representatives to join our remote South Africa team. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and set qualified discovery calls to feed our Account Executives.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to craft personalized outreach, maintain clean data, and help build a strong pipeline in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
