We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager to help drive that delivery engine forward.

Role Overview:

As a hands-on Project Manager for our Fulfillment team you’ll be responsible for making sure tasks get done, deals move forward, and clients are fulfilled with placed candidates. You won’t manage the Recruiting or Account Management teams, but you will supervise delivery, track KPIs, and ensure accountability. You’ll also manage automations, tool integrations, SOPs, and dashboards across HubSpot, Deel, Ashby, and ClickUp.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign tasks and manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery of projects and active deals.
  

• Track and follow up on deal statuses to make sure account managers and recruiters are moving deals forward and closing on time.
  

• Build and maintain dashboards to measure key delivery metrics like time to hire, passthrough rates, deal progress, and team performance, using tools like Google Data Studio and Google sheets as well as our internal tools per team member and at a macro level
  

• Keep SOPs and process documentation organized and up to date.
  

• Define and maintain a source of truth for all project, deal, and operational data, ensuring consistency and transparency across the team.
  

• Help implement AI across our operations and delivery team to optimize processes, reduce manual work, and improve efficiency
  

• Manage and improve integrations and automations to optimize workflows across our key tools: ClickUp, Ashby, HubSpot, Deel, Slack and others, and ensure all tools are properly connected and data flows seamlessly between them.
  

• Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities, improve delivery speed, and maintain operational clarity.

• Set up and maintain operational systems—like interview stages, pipelines, and task workflows—in tools such as HubSpot to support the team and ensure smooth delivery processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project or delivery management with a strong operations mindset.
  

• Expertise in automation tools (e.g., Zapier) and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI,).
  

• Hands-on experience with ClickUp and HubSpot—including setting up dashboards and maintaining integrations.
  

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  

• Ability to think in systems, define processes, and ensure clarity through well-structured data and tools.
