Delivery Manager – Talent Pooling

Khonology is a digital services company focused on software development, Application Support, data analytics and engineering.

We are Talent Pooling for a skilled Delivery Manager to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

1. Ensure the implementation of an Agile working framework for targeted teams in complex technological environments.
2. Manage and facilitate delivery teams to better collaborate, resolve conflicts, and work towards continuous improvement and value delivery.
3. Oversee daily activities of delivery teams.
4. Allocate resources and workloads according to delivery requirements.
5. Facilitate daily stand-up or other scrum events.
6. Assist in building a well-structured agile practice.
7. Plan, coordinate, organize, and track projects through to implementation.
8. Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, etc.
9. Continuously learn and educate the development team and fellow Scrum Masters on Agile methodologies and practices.
10. Coach and mentor the delivery teams to increase agile maturity across the company.
11. Build positive and productive relationships with clients and stakeholders for business growth.
12. Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues.
13. Report to clients as well as the internal Head of Delivery.

Minimum Requirements

1. 7 years’ experience in a similar environment.
2. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
3. In-depth knowledge of software development processes, especially Agile software development.
4. In-depth knowledge of iterative development and continuous delivery.
5. Experience working with and managing multiple delivery teams.
6. Experience delivering complex development projects.
7. Experience working in Scrum.
8. Managing and communicating directly with multiple clients or stakeholders.
9. Strong administration, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
10. Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
11. Project Management certifications (PMBOK/ PRINCE2/ Agile Project Management/ Scrum Master).
12. Knowledge of SAFe methodology and standards is a bonus.
13. Strong proficiency with the Atlassian tool stack, particularly Jira and Confluence.

Fixed Term Contract with Independent Contractor through a contracting company.
