A dynamic and forward-thinking organisation is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of critical IT services and systems that support business operations. This senior role offers the opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary technical team including Business Analysts, Developers, and Testers, while collaborating with stakeholders and product owners to ensure delivery excellence through agile and DevOps methodologies.

The successful candidate will take ownership of a significant IT budget, optimize vendor performance, and align technology solutions with evolving business priorities. With a focus on agile maturity, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, this is a role where leadership, innovation, and strategic thinking are crucial.

Key skills and experience required :

  • Minimum relevant degree in Information Technology or Business-related field
  • Minimum of 5-10 years in a senior technical leadership role
  • Strong experience in financial performance and vendor management
  • Proven ability to manage multiskilled teams and largescale IT delivery
  • Certified Scrum Master or Agile certification (e.g., LEAN, Agile, SAFe) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Solid background in cloud platforms, full-stack development, and emerging technologies (AI / ML)
  • Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset
