The Role: Delivery Consultant / Resourcer
Were seeking a Delivery Consultant to focus on the candidate side of the recruitment process. You'll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and qualifying high-quality tech professionals across a variety of roles. You'll work remotely while collaborating closely with a supportive team, playing a key part in delivering top talent to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source candidates across AI, data, cloud, and analytics using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal tools
Screen and qualify candidates to assess suitability for specific roles
Build strong, trust-based relationships with active and passive candidates
Collaborate with team members to understand client needs and role requirements
Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and skills in demand
Maintain and grow a well-organised pipeline of tech talent
About You
1-2 years of recruitment experience (ideally in tech, data, or digital markets)
Consistent work history showing reliability and commitment
Clear, confident communication skills with a professional and engaging manner
Proven record of achievement in work, academics, sports, or personal goals
Sales-oriented mindset and motivated by success metrics
Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to thrive in a remote role
