About the Role

As a remotely based Delivery Consultant, you will become an integral part of our experienced team, working with pace and precision on executive search projects spanning the European and US markets. This is a pivotal, varied role reporting directly to the Managing Partner and collaborating closely with the Head of Delivery.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation and growth of our key customer accounts, providing critical support across our Sales, Quality Assurance, and Research functions. This position is ideal for someone with a recruitment or project support background who thrives in delivery-focused projects and enjoys operating as a direct extension of a client's brand. It offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to the executive search process within a fast-paced, international, client-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Sales Support:

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights to identify, source, and proactively headhunt top-tier talent.
• Deliver high-quality shortlists at pace, consistently meeting weekly/monthly sales targets for profiles presented, referrals, and market intelligence/leads sourced (including 2 x DPM).
• Create compelling, high-quality candidate profiles for client presentation.
• Manage and update client and candidate information efficiently on our CRM (Vincere).
• Curate and present short, compelling video reels showcasing candidate profiles to clients using our video platform (Hinterview).
• Conduct initial candidate screening interviews.
• Support the preparation of high-quality client presentations, including producing "Market Talent Blueprints" in Canva using LinkedIn Talent Insights.

Quality Assurance:

• Review candidate documentation (CVs, profiles, assessment reports) for accuracy, consistency, and presentation quality.
• Ensure all client and candidate digital interactions and documentation adhere to internal quality standards and best practices, maintaining "on-brand" representation.

Proactive Research:

• Expertly leverage AI-powered research tools for efficient data gathering, research, and candidate sourcing.

Your Background, Skills, and Experience:

• Proven experience in a remote support role within a fast-paced European or US-based recruitment agency or search firm, with the flexibility to adapt hours around different time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, coupled with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook) and an expert user of LinkedIn.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in video editing or presentation software (Hinterview experience is a plus).
• Proven track record of working effectively as part of a remote, collaborative team.
• Proactive and resourceful, demonstrating a very strong work ethic.
