Placements24 is seeking a dependable Dedicated Route Driver to manage pre-defined delivery routes in the Centurion, Gauteng region. You will be the primary contact for these routes, ensuring goods are delivered on schedule and maintaining client relationships.

The role includes some home-based administrative tasks in a hybrid work setting. Responsibilities include operating a commercial vehicle, maintaining vehicle readiness, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid South African driver’s license (Code 10 or higher) with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably with route-based deliveries.
• Familiarity with the Gauteng road network and navigation skills.
• Ability to load/unload goods and handle physical tasks.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle to perform scheduled deliveries and pick-ups along assigned routes in Centurion and surrounding areas.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, adhering to the daily route schedule.
• Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the vehicle through regular checks.
• Complete all delivery documentation, including proof of delivery and logs.
• Communicate with dispatch and clients about route changes or issues.
