Job description

The Deceased Estates Administrator requires a suitable qualified individual who can work well under pressure, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and is capable of taking responsibility for the full administration process related to deceased estates.

Position Info:

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Obtain letters of Executorship / Letters of Authority for Estates and Trusts
  • Attend to all matters in Deceased Estates to assist with their completion
  • Draft L&D accounts and cash reconciliation statements upon estate finalisation

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working on Legalsuite is advantageous
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
