The Debtors Shared Services Collections Manager oversees the management and collection of specific debtors, ensuring performance aligns with the organisation's strategic goals. This candidate will lead the team, enforce policies, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in debtor collections and process efficiency.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Oversee debtor and financial operations to align with strategic objectives, ensuring compliance and effective cash flow.
2. Implement process enhancements and system upgrades to boost efficiency.
3. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and manage change, reporting, and performance tracking.

Minimum Requirements:
