Job summary

Join a well-established and fast-growing company as a Debtors Clerk in Johannesburg. You will be integral to a finance team that values accuracy and accountability, responsible for the full debtors function and maintaining customer accounts. Ideal candidates will possess a National Diploma or BCom degree and have at least 3 years of relevant experience, especially in the FMCG or manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience required.
• Experience within FMCG or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to resolve discrepancies in accounts.

Responsibilities

• Full debtors function including managing customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate debtors' records and balances.
• Resolve discrepancies in receivables.

Duties:

• Full debtors function
• Customer accounts and outstanding debts
• Maintain accurate debtors’ records
• Debtors’ balances, aging and collections
• Resolve discrepancies to accounts receivable

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

• Completed National Diploma or Certificate required
• Completed BCom degree would be beneficial

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience required
• Experience within the FMCG or manufacturing industry preferred
• Comfortable working with Pastel
