We are looking for Local Sales Agents that are people-centric, passionate and positive.

We offer a basic salary package with an UNCAPPED COMMISSION structure + Weekly Incentives + a lucrative sign on bonus.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 12 months Call Center sales experience with outbound cold calling (Preferred)
2. Debt review experience (Advantageous)
3. Motivated, enthusiastic and financial driven
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Computer literate (Advantageous)

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure a high quality, effective and professional experience is provided to every customer
2. Maintain high ethical standards in all daily activities
3. Understand all products and services available to the customer
4. Understand and know how to work with a variety of customer demographics and profiles
5. Foster open communication through active listening
6. Speak clearly, concisely, and effectively
7. Respect other employees
