Position: Legal Administrator (Debt Review)
Location: Lansdowne, Capetown
Salary: R 7000
Work time: 8:30 Am - 5:30 pm

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Administrator to join our team and assist with debt review processes. In this role, you will be responsible for handling legal documentation, drafting, managing client cases and ensuring compliance with the National Credit Act and other relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drafting legal documents.
  2. Oversee the legal aspects of the debt review process, including preparing and filing documents.
  3. Maintain accurate records of client cases and interactions.
  4. Assist with negotiating settlements between clients and creditors.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to debt review.
  6. Communicate with clients regarding their debt review progress.

Qualifications:
  1. Previous experience in debt review, legal administration or a related field.
  2. Strong knowledge of consumer credit law and debt review processes.
  3. Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
