DEBT COLLECTION AGENT

We are looking for Debt Collection Agents for our Head Office in Rosebank!

We have a great opportunity for Debt Collection Agents to join our team where you will be responsible for the recovery of outstanding payments from debtors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communicating with customers via telephone.
2. Negotiating payment plans with debtors.
3. Enacting payment plans that eliminate debt.
4. Collaborating on debt collection efforts with Accounts, Sales, and the Legal Department.
5. Negotiating settlements to receive payment on a certain percentage of the debt.
6. Preventing repeated payment delinquency by negotiating manageable debt payments.

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years debt collection experience.
2. Exceptional ability to communicate with debtors to negotiate debt payment plans.
3. Exceptional recordkeeping and interpersonal skills.
4. Completed Matric.
