Job summary

You will bring a proven motor retail track record, deep understanding of sales, finance and service departments, strong leadership and coaching skills, the ability to perform under pressure in a target‑driven environment, and a valid South African driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience leading a dealership, or 3 years as a sales manager.
• Proven track record in the motor retail environment
• Deep understanding of sales, finance and service departments
• Leadership, coaching and people development skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to perform under pressure in a target-driven environment
• B.Com degree will be beneficial
• Valid South African driver's licence
• Clear criminal record
