Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and profit‑and‑loss statements following manufacturer (OEM) standards
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily bank balances, oversee accounts receivable (debtors) and accounts payable (creditors) and manage floorplan finance facilities
• Stock Control: Conduct regular physical vehicle and parts stock counts and reconcile them with the general ledger
• Compliance & Tax: Ensure compliance with SARS regulations, including VAT submissions, PAYE and annual income tax audits
• Payroll & Commissions: Oversee monthly payroll processing and calculate Sales Executive commissions and incentive bonuses
