Overview

Dealer Development & Marketing Co-ordinator – Isando

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage dealer development rollout and ensure brand CI compliance at dealer level.
  • Oversee facility signage, visibility, and adherence to guidelines.
  • Coordinate updates and developments from marketing and other departments.
  • Liaise with dealer teams and external contractors.
  • Prepare and present weekly / monthly project and cost reports.
  • Conduct regular site visits and dealer audits nationally.
  • Collaborate with branch management on project tracking and roll-out.
  • Align policies and initiate roll-outs.
  • Liaise with finance for dealer account and payment management.
  • Assess dealer communication and POS materials for CI compliance.
  • Plan and execute marketing events across the network.
  • Maintain marketing database and distribution lists.
  • Coordinate dealer and in-house training logistics.
  • Support online training portal implementation.
  • Manage multiple department projects simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Direct OEM project / dealer development management experience.
  • Strong project management track record.
  • Code 8 driver’s licence.
  • Proactive, confident, detail-oriented, adaptable, and punctual.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
