POSITION INFO :

Dealer Development and Marketing Coordinator – Automotive (Isando)

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage dealer development roll-out plans.
• Ensure dealer brand compliance with Corporate Identity (CI) standards.
• Manage facility signage, visibility, and brand standards.
• Coordinate projects and report on progress (weekly / monthly).
• Liaise with dealer teams, contractors, and internal departments (including finance, sales, and marketing).
• Schedule and attend regular dealer site audits nationally.
• Maintain marketing database and distribution lists.
• Coordinate events and in-house / online training sessions for dealers.
• Manage multiple departmental projects simultaneously.

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role (OEM / Dealer Development required).
• Strong project management track record.
• Code 8 driver’s license.
• Willing to work in Isando.
