This role requires travel to China for training for 6 months after appointment. A valid passport is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the dealer development rollout plan.
- Ensure alignment and correction of brand CI at the dealer level.
- Ensure facility signage and visibility elements meet standards and guidelines.
- Oversee updates and development from marketing and other departments related to customer facilities.
- Liaise with dealer teams and external contractors.
- Prepare project updates for weekly and monthly meetings and consolidate reports for management.
- Prepare and distribute monthly reports.
- Maintain project pipeline completeness.
- Manage time arrangements for projects.
- Track and report costs and assistance.
- Align dealer status with sales department and network management.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports on project timelines.
- Conduct regular visits to dealer sites with audit teams.
- Coordinate with branch DPs on project roll-out and tracking.
- Ensure policy alignment and initiate roll-out.
- Liaise with finance regarding dealer account management, including invoices and payments.
- Assess dealer network display and communication materials for adherence to guidelines.
- Oversee POS ordering for brand alignment.
- Participate in planning and execution of marketing events.
- Maintain marketing network database and distribution lists.
- Assist in coordinating in-house training sessions, including planning and logistics.
- Support development and deployment of online training portals.
- Manage multiple departmental projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, business, or related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience, especially in OEM project management and dealer development.
- Proven track record in project management.
- Valid Code 8 driver's license.
