Job description

This role requires travel to China for training for 6 months after appointment. A valid passport is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee the dealer development rollout plan.
  2. Ensure alignment and correction of brand CI at the dealer level.
  3. Ensure facility signage and visibility elements meet standards and guidelines.
  4. Oversee updates and development from marketing and other departments related to customer facilities.
  5. Liaise with dealer teams and external contractors.
  6. Prepare project updates for weekly and monthly meetings and consolidate reports for management.
  7. Prepare and distribute monthly reports.
  8. Maintain project pipeline completeness.
  9. Manage time arrangements for projects.
  10. Track and report costs and assistance.
  11. Align dealer status with sales department and network management.
  12. Submit weekly and monthly reports on project timelines.
  13. Conduct regular visits to dealer sites with audit teams.
  14. Coordinate with branch DPs on project roll-out and tracking.
  15. Ensure policy alignment and initiate roll-out.
  16. Liaise with finance regarding dealer account management, including invoices and payments.
  17. Assess dealer network display and communication materials for adherence to guidelines.
  18. Oversee POS ordering for brand alignment.
  19. Participate in planning and execution of marketing events.
  20. Maintain marketing network database and distribution lists.
  21. Assist in coordinating in-house training sessions, including planning and logistics.
  22. Support development and deployment of online training portals.
  23. Manage multiple departmental projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, business, or related field.
  2. 2-4 years of relevant experience, especially in OEM project management and dealer development.
  3. Proven track record in project management.
  4. Valid Code 8 driver's license.
