A mining and production company in Musina is looking for a qualified individual to lead their production team, focusing on compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act and managing the maintenance of heavy mobile equipment. The role requires an engineering qualification and significant experience in maintenance management. The company promotes safety, passion, teamwork, and integrity in their operations.
The role is responsible for creating a high-performance culture and leading the production team to effectively deliver on the set production and respective business continuity targets through an integrated value chain. The role holds the legal accountability with a 2.13.3.1 appointment in terms of the MHSA, responsible for the overall safe operation and maintenance of equipment including availability of HME, light vehicle, and pit dewatering services at Venetia Mine.
