Old Mutual’s Personal Financial Advice team is seeking a Development Coach to guide new advisers in the field, shaping their first 24 months and embedding best behaviours for long-term success. Based in Centurion, Johannesburg, the role blends hands-on coaching with real-world impact.

You’ll collaborate with Business Managers, use digital tools, travel regionally, and deliver remote coaching with high-touch engagement to drive adviser performance and financial wellness nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services, coaching, enablement or field execution.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Coaching, or similar.
• Proven ability to coach for behaviour change in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
