Job summary

Lead receiving and housekeeping teams, coordinate stock movements, and maintain precise inventory records to support growth and operational capacity. This role requires 2–3 years of supervisory warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent required.
• Qualifications in Warehousing, Logistics, or SCM.
• 2–3 years supervisory warehouse experience.
• Experience leading and motivating warehouse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and QWIX.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Manager in Receiving, Credit & Returns, WIP, and housekeeping.
• Plan and schedule receiving activities for timely deliveries.
• Supervise unloading and receiving of supplier trucks/containers.
• Ensure inbound stock is checked, identified, barcoded, and received properly.
• Monitor stock using company systems and procedures.
• Review priority reports to plan workloads.
• Coordinate stock movements and maintain inventory records.
• Develop inventory control processes to minimize variances.
• Participate in cycle counts, stock investigations, and reconciliations.
