Job Purpose

To lead and develop the Coordinator team within the IOS business unit by implementing systems and processes to ensure all administration activities are measured and improved over time. This role involves balancing workload across the team and ensuring customer requests are addressed promptly.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage a team of approximately 12 people, ensuring onboarding aligns with the Krones way of working and adherence to all policies and procedures.
  2. Manage team performance by developing clear KPIs aligned with business needs and addressing non-performance issues as necessary.
  3. Ensure all team members have personal development plans and facilitate their execution.
  4. Promote collaboration with other departments such as Sales and Supply Chain to minimize delays and enhance communication.
  5. Oversee all IOS administration processes, including quotations, timesheet verification, overtime, expenses, S&T, travel and subcontractor invoices, project reconciliation, capturing of times, final quotations and invoices, and reclamation support.
  6. Optimize processes to improve efficiency, company KPIs, and customer experience.
  7. Develop and share reports with managers regarding open orders, business results, and other relevant metrics within the IOS unit.
  8. Support escalation requests and coordinate with Germany or other relevant parties as needed.
  9. Assist with shipment or customer escalations related to quotations or deliveries to meet or manage expectations.
  10. Act as second in command to the Head of LCS, providing cover when necessary.
Your Profile
  • Highly organized and systematic with effective delegation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle large volumes of information.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Tertiary qualification, preferably in administration, with a formal management certification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in administration or people management.
