Roles and Responsibilities

• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Understand ICH, 21CRF Part 11, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001 standards.
• Develop eCRFs, CRF Completion Guidelines, Edit check specifications, and Data Management Plans (DMP).
• Create study tracking and metric reports for the study team.
• Oversee CRF tracking and data entry, integrate external electronic data, perform data validation and review, process queries and resolve issues, code adverse events and medications, reconcile Serious Adverse Events (SAEs), and conduct database lock and quality control audits.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) and integrated systems, including developing test plans and scripts.
• Assist with training sites/users on EDC applications and UAT procedures.
• Maintain end-user knowledge for study conduct activities, including query management, standard reporting, and data extraction from multiple EDC systems.
• Lead studies or small Data Management (DM) project teams for one client.

Job Requirements

• College degree in a scientific, medical, clinical discipline, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Data Team Lead or in a similar role.
• Expert knowledge of scientific principles and concepts.
• Reputation as an emerging leader with sustained performance and accomplishments.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Hands-on experience with clinical trials and pharmaceutical development is preferred.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to understanding needs and solving problems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards is preferred.
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, FDA regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) requirements.
• Basic understanding of CRO operations, scientific and clinical data, terminology, and the drug development process.
