Data analysis, research, and use of data ensuring the accuracy, security, and integrity of HR information systems to help the company make better strategic business decisions.

Assess the company's HR and data systems using knowledge of HR processes with the goal of reaching simpler, smarter conclusions, and use technical expertise to stress test the data for quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support and partner with HR teams across the enterprise.
  2. Contribute to data collection efforts, as needed.
  3. Verify data quality to ensure accurate analysis and reporting.
  4. Help identify the business data needed to produce the most useful insights and future analytics.
  5. Utilize data to make actionable recommendations for HR processes.
  6. Ensure seamless data flow between HR systems and other business applications.
  7. Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to the broader team.
  8. Monitor data management processes to ensure data quality, security, and consistency.
  9. Monitor system performance, data integrity, and usage metrics.
  10. Contribute to data documentation, standards, training, and ongoing updates.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Matric
  2. Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, human resources or equivalent.
  3. 5-10 years in a similar HR Data Analyst / BI Analyst role.
  4. Proficient in Power BI.
  5. Reading and writing experience with Oracle Database and MS SQL Server.
  6. Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
  7. Experience in reporting and HR information systems and database knowledge.
  8. Comfortable with statistics, datasets, and machine learning exercises.
  9. Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
  10. Consulting experience and ability to assist with problem solving and debugging.
  11. A leader and critical thinker with time management skills.
