A fast-growing premium health brand seeks a Data Supervisor to lead the Data Management team. This remote role involves overseeing data processes, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting business strategy through effective insights. Our client is a fast-growing, premium health brand that specializes in selling various wellness supplements. We are in search of a Data Supervisor who will lead and support the Data Management team, ensuring accurate reporting, clean data pipelines, and timely delivery of business insights. This role is hands-on, working closely with Data Administrators to uphold data integrity, develop dashboards, and support business strategy through effective reporting.
Responsibilities
Supervise the Data Management team, ensuring tasks are aligned with department goals and data standards.
Assign and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reporting tasks.
Conduct regular check-ins and promote a collaborative and accountable team culture.
Oversee the collection, organisation, and validation of internal and external data sources.
Ensure all data inputs are accurate, complete, and consistently updated across systems.
Review team output for accuracy, quality, and formatting before final delivery.
Guide the creation and refinement of weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports. - -
Support the development and maintenance of live dashboards for key stakeholders.
Ensure insights are clear, actionable, and aligned with business priorities.
Monitor team KPIs including report delivery times, data accuracy, and quality of analysis.
Identify training needs or support gaps and provide mentorship or upskilling.
Foster a growth mindset within the team by encouraging problem-solving and innovation.
Work closely with Platform, Compliance, Account Management and Marketing teams to ensure consistent reporting and data usage.
Support strategic initiatives through the provision of accurate data and timely insights.
Communicate with leadership to understand reporting needs and adjust workflows accordingly.
Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, or improve data workflows and reporting
processes.
Stay up to date with new tools and recommend enhancements to the data stack.
Maintain documentation and SOPs for all reporting procedures and systems.

This position is 100% remote and the applicant must have their own laptop and work from home capability - wifi etc
Working hours are 10H00 - 19H00 Monday to Friday.
Salary - R30 - R35 000pm CTC
