• ITIL certification
• 2-3 years experience with microservices, cloud, or container architectures, such as Docker
• Extensive experience with public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Scrum and Kanban
• GitOps technologies (ArgoCD or Flux)
• Extensive experience with deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes clusters

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and operate business-critical cloud services within a shift model.
• Monitor and maintain software reliability using automation tools.
• Handle incidents and changes according to service level agreements.
• Collaborate with the team to improve services throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Manage projects and processes within an Agile framework.
• Support product owners in shaping the product roadmap.
• Elicit, document, and manage requirements.
• Identify and manage project risks.

Qualifications :

• Experience with microservices, cloud, and container architectures
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Understanding of DevOps practices and ITIL processes

Desired Skills :

• Experience with event streaming (Apache Kafka)
• Expertise in GitOps technologies (ArgoCD, Flux)
