Job summary

Mediclinic Southern Africa seeks a Data Steward to lead data governance and BI reporting efforts across the group. The role focuses on data quality, privacy, and accurate analytics to support patient care and operational decision-making.

You will coordinate with patients, care teams, facilities, and IT to ensure data accuracy and secure handling across multiple platforms, enabling insights and compliant information flow.

The Clinical Care Coordinator will collaborate with various stakeholders, including; patients, healthcare providers, care teams, facilities, and schemes to ensure that all patients who qualify for care coordination are adequately cared for through the entire patient journey. They will be an advocate for their patients and ensure that the care team effectively coordinates patient care from request to post-discharge. They will also be responsible for monitoring and reviewing the patient’s biometrics and immediate wellbeing with continuous record keeping on multiple electronic platforms.

The Contact Centre Data Steward is responsible for overall Contact Centre data governance; management information reporting; coordination and management of Contact Centre data privacy initiatives as well as adhoc administrative tasks.

Required Education

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION

Diploma in in statistics, computer science, or a closely related field.
