Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a Data Scientist to stay close to technology while influencing what gets built. You will lead ML/AI initiatives in a Marketing Intelligence setting, creating predictive models and data products that lift marketing performance and customer experience amid commercial gains.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in Data Science / Machine Learning.
• Strong Python, SQL, BigQuery & GCP.
• Experience working within a marketing team, or as a Data Scientist with strong marketing / marketing data experience.
• Strong predictive and statistical modelling experience.
• Comfortable in a client-facing environment, translating technical work into clear business value for senior stakeholders.
