Join our dynamic Nerve Centre Team, the epicenter of sales data, analytics, and insights for FNB Retail Customer and Sales Interactions. This pivotal role involves exploring diverse data sources and applying advanced analytical techniques to identify gaps, improve business processes, and discover new growth opportunities.

Your work will drive strategic discussions and support key growth initiatives across Retail banking by analyzing data and uncovering valuable insights. The team is transforming the future of retail banking through effective data utilization, making a significant impact on the business. • Minimum: B Degree in Mathematical Sciences, Statistics, or Actuarial Science.

• Knowledge of advanced analytical techniques such as statistical methods, segmentation, optimization, and experimental design.
• Solid experience in data analytics, insights, triggers, campaign building, and reporting is preferred.
