To plan, build, optimize, and implement innovative quantitative analytical methodologies, procedures, products, and advanced mathematical models that provide analytical support and interpret insights. Join our dynamic Nerve Centre Team, the epicenter of sales data, analytics, and insights for FNB Retail Customer and Sales Interactions. This pivotal role involves exploring diverse data sources and applying advanced analytical techniques to identify gaps, improve business processes, and discover new growth opportunities.

Your work will drive strategic discussions and support key growth initiatives across Retail banking by analyzing data and uncovering valuable insights. The team is transforming the future of retail banking through effective data utilization, making a significant impact on the business. You will have the opportunity to think creatively, own projects, and present findings to leadership forums, using advanced analytics and predictive modeling to influence impactful changes.

  • Knowledge of advanced analytical techniques such as statistical methods, segmentation, optimization, and experimental design.
  • Solid experience in data analytics, insights, triggers, campaign building, and reporting is preferred.
