Data Scientist - Central Business Services

Opportunity: We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join the CBS team to drive data-driven decision-making.

Ideal Candidate: Has a solid foundation in data science methodologies and a passion for translating complex data into actionable insights using tools such as Power BI and Excel.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and visualizing data to create dashboards that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions.
• Providing insights into data and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Developing SQL solutions for monitoring and automation.
• Creating reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Automating controls and processes through data routines.
• Engaging with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Expertise in SQL and advanced Excel.
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools.
• Knowledge of data integration tools like API, ADF, Synapse, SSIS.
• Strong problem-solving and modeling skills.
• Understanding of risk management activities.

Skills: Analysis, report writing, professional presentation drafting, proficiency in MS Office, decision-making, adaptability, communication, teamwork, client orientation, relationship building, resilience, persuasion, stress management, and handling challenging situations.
