Job Responsibilities

1. Familiarity with cloud technologies and their application within the financial services sector.
2. Strong background in machine learning, particularly in time series analysis and neural networks.
3. Experience with high-frequency trading data and market microstructure.
4. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AWS services, especially Sage Maker.
5. Ability to work with large datasets and perform data normalization.
6. Knowledge of technical indicators and their application in equity markets.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience Requirements

1. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, machine learning, quantitative analysis.
2. Proven experience working in complex financial systems and applications (e.g., trading platforms, payment systems).
3. Strong understanding of financial products, capital markets, derivatives, and treasury operations.
4. Hands-on experience with coding in Python and the use of visualization tools.
5. Must have experience with Machine Learning.
6. Must have knowledge of Market Microstructure.

Must Have Skills

1. Proficiency in SQL, Python, AWS, and QuickSight; experience working with databases for data analysis.
2. Knowledge of statistical and ML (machine learning) techniques.
3. Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Azure DevOps (ADO), ServiceNow), change management tools.
4. 5+ years of experience within global markets.
5. Proficiency in machine learning is a MUST.
6. Proficiency in trading algorithms is a MUST.
7. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
8. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as part of a team.
