This role plays a key part in supporting the marketing team by producing clean, reliable data and generating actionable insights that form the foundation of our marketing strategies.Maintain data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and updates.

Ensuring that duplicate, incomplete, or outdated entries are identified and resolvedManage data across multiple tools for multiple business unitsIdentify trends, gaps, and patterns in the data to support marketing decision-makingInput data into reports and dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insightsCollaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure data alignment with strategic objectivesCollaborate with Heads of Departments and the Marketing Department to validate leads and improve data collection methodsAccurately capture and update marketing data into CRM and database systemsProvide administrative and technical support to the marketing team as neededExperience And KnowledgeProven experience in data entry and data management, preferably within a marketing environmentExperience in marketing with various industries will be a distinct advantageDigital marketing experience (Social Media, Google Ads, running digital campaigns, lead capturing and SEO)Skills & AttributesStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyGood communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teamsSelf-motivated, reliable, and able to meet deadlinesBasic understanding of marketing principles is advantageous but not essentialStrong problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-makingExperience supporting teams in sales, marketing, or operations with dataSpecific RequirementsClear health recordClear criminal recordClear credit recordContactable referencesWe offer Barista produced coffee available all day to all our staff at Claremont.Normal working hours are Mondays to Fridays from 08h00 until 17h00 with a 45 minute lunch break.

The company allows employees, by approval of the direct manager, to work flexi-time between 07h00 and 18h00.With centrally located and modern offices just across from Cavendish in Claremont.Faircape offers a market related salary.
