Qualifications / Certifications required :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant areas such as Finance, Business, Data, or Technology.

Experience required :

• Achievement-oriented with flexibility and adaptability; able to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, ensuring high-quality output.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience in technology and data programs, e.g., ERP data migrations.
• Strong experience and/or certifications in languages like Python, SQL, and applications such as Informatica and Alteryx.
• Experience with cloud platforms and familiarity with deployment tools and practices.
• Hands-on experience and/or certifications in ERP/CRM/HR systems like Sage, Workday, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate technical teams, provide coaching, oversee multiple projects, and deliver on time.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel globally as required.

Responsibilities of role :

• Deliver high-quality client projects in data and technology programs, demonstrating strong teamwork and client interaction skills.
• Create and review deliverables, including reports, design documents, and data scripts; identify migration requirements; execute migration cycles; ensure consistent approaches; collaborate with clients on data issues.
• Design robust migration solutions, support asset maintenance, and contribute to the PwC Data Migration Suite.
• Collaborate across teams and regions to deliver value, including working with UK and international teams on client projects and initiatives.
• Stay updated on data and technology trends, especially in AI, to foster innovation and improve client outcomes.
