One of the leaders in offering retail tailored solutions to clients is seeking an experienced IT Data Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid role reporting to the CEO.

Working schedule: Mondays to Saturdays.

Qualifications:

  • Matric
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Certification in data management, business intelligence, or similar fields (e.g., CDMP, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate)

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and other data management tools
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in data management, data analysis, or a related role, preferably in retail, sales, or merchandising industry
  • Expertise in data governance, reporting, and analytics, working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes and support business objectives
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
  • Excellent references will be verified upfront
