Job summary

Circana is seeking a Data Integration Mapping Analyst (level 12) to map and validate datasets from multiple countries, ensuring alignment with business rules and Circana data models. Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience working with data integration tools, platforms, or processes.
• Understanding of data modelling concepts and data relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with data governance and Master Data Management (MDM) preferable.
• Accurate and detail-oriented.
• Performing data validation and reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of integrated datasets.
• Comfortable working against defined KPIs and delivery targets.
• High sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Affinity with data, systems, and business processes.
• Ability to interpret and document business requirements and translate them into data mapping specifications.
• Ability to create and maintain clear documentation and mapping specifications.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum delivery environments preferable.
• A proactive, detail-oriented team player with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining data mapping specifications in line with agreed business rules and rulebooks
• Validating incoming data files to ensure compliance with defined business and technical requirements
• Identifying, analysing, and resolving data mapping and integration issues
• Ensuring objective, accurate, consistent, and high-quality data mappings
• Monitoring data quality and identifying anomalies, gaps, and trends within assigned data sources
• Updating mapping documentation, business rules, and process guidelines to ensure continued relevance and accuracy
• Supporting testing, validation, and implementation activities for new client onboardings and data integration changes
• Providing regular progress updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Providing support and guidance to internal stakeholders on data mappings, integration processes, and data quality concerns
• Co-operating with your team and other departments to ensure on-time delivery of integration projects and operational activities
• Contributing to the improvement of team and individual KPIs
